Since 1995 we have provided full-service, union electrical contracting services to commercial, industrial and residential businesses.   We specialize in the installation and servicing of all building automation systems such as HVAC controls, integrated motor controls, lighting controls, fire alarm systems and security systems.   We also manage purchase order requests and offer competitive quotations on electrical equipment and supplies. 

Adaptive Electrical Controls, as a certified Minority/Woman Owned/Disadvantaged firm, satisfies all governmental and private affirmative action participation goals.  

O P E R A T I O N S  
Adaptive  is owned and operated by Joanne Giese, the only Hispanic female, master electrician, in the State of Wisconsin.   The combined experience of Adaptive's personnel in the electrical construction industry has led to the company's success on notable projects such as the Kohl Center in Madison, Miller Park Stadium and the Midwest Express Convention Center in Milwaukee.
